Artificial Intelligence (AI) has provoked concern in arbitration, as in other fields. Said concern has triggered appraisals as to its use which are unnecessarily limiting, often times alarmist. This essay argues in favor of a change of predisposition. AI will catapult human productivity, address socially unsatisfied needs and allow for human endeavor to be channeled to areas where it is most valued. We should be enthusiastic about this: it will alleviate, perhaps solve, sensitive socially-outstanding matters, such as the procurement of Justice. Whilst all this occurs, changes will admittedly transpire which need tackling. Ethical guidelines and limitations need be crafted, which this essay proposes.
